Each piece gets three to five links across different stores, from Target, IKEA, Wayfair and Amazon through to higher-end names, and it's always the closest match we can find or a very similar one. Every link is human-verified in stock on the day your list ships — and if one changes within 30 days, we refresh it free. And if a piece in your render genuinely isn't buyable anywhere, we tell you that and describe what to look for, rather than filling the gap with a link that doesn't really match. Single Room includes a named piece list — every item named and shown, with a photo of each — but not the store links and prices.

If your home has more than 8 spaces you'd like designed, tell us up front and we'll quote it before you pay anything — we'd rather scope it honestly than take your money and then renegotiate.
Because Dream Home covers a whole house rather than a single room, the timeline depends on how many rooms you include — so we agree it with you up front instead of quoting a number that might not fit your home. You'll get rooms as they're finished rather than waiting for the entire house at once, and revisions keep running until you love it.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dream Stage website and services (the "Service"), operated by Dream Stage LLC ("Dream Stage," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, submitting a free preview request, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Dream Stage creates custom, AI-generated interior designs based on photos you provide of your own space, staging real furniture you can purchase. We offer a free style preview and three paid packages - Single Room, Full Space, and Dream Home - each described in detail on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By submitting an order or a free preview request, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that any photos you provide are of a space you own, rent, or otherwise have the right to have designed and photographed.
Prices for each package are shown at checkout and are charged as a one-time fee, not a subscription. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; Dream Stage does not store your full payment card details. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
Placing an order and completing payment constitutes an offer to purchase the selected package, which we accept by beginning work on your design.
Estimated delivery windows (for example, "2–3 days") are targets, not guarantees, and may vary based on order volume, the complexity of your space, or the responsiveness of your feedback during revisions.
Revision requests must be made within 30 days of that room's delivery, so we can keep your project details and context current. For Dream Home, "unlimited revisions" runs for 30 days after each room is delivered rather than indefinitely.
Because each order is a custom service that begins as soon as you submit your photos and style preferences, we handle refunds as follows:
We offer one free style preview per person/household as an introduction to the Service. We reserve the right to limit, decline, or discontinue free previews for any account or submission we reasonably believe is abusive, duplicative, or made in bad faith, and to change or end the free preview offer at any time.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By submitting photos to Dream Stage - whether for a free preview or a paid order - you grant us a license to (a) use them to create, deliver, and support your design, and (b) feature your before-and-after transformation in our marketing and portfolio, including on our website, social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and similar platforms), and advertising, without further notice or compensation to you. This is part of how we're able to offer free previews and keep our prices low.
We take reasonable care not to include identifying personal details in anything we publish - for example, your name, exact address, mail, or personal documents visible in a photo. If you'd rather your transformation not be used publicly at all, just tell us at hello@dreamstageai.com - before, during, or after your order - and we'll honor that going forward. See our Privacy Policy for more on how photos are stored and used.
You agree not to upload photos that you don't have the right to share, or that depict a space in a way that violates someone else's privacy or property rights (for example, a rental unit without the appropriate permission).
Once delivered and paid for, you're free to use your design concepts for personal, non-commercial purposes - planning your renovation, shopping for pieces, sharing with family, contractors, or a real design professional you hire to execute the look.
Dream Stage retains ownership of its underlying tools, prompts, and processes. Because designs are generated using AI models, similar prompts and styles may occasionally produce visually similar results for different customers; we do not guarantee that your design will be wholly unique in the marketplace.
Any shop-the-look product links we provide point to third-party retailers. We don't control their pricing, availability, or inventory, and we aren't responsible for purchases you make from them.
The Service and all designs are provided "as is." Furniture colors, styles, sizes, dimensions, pricing, and availability may vary from what's shown, and we make no guarantee that any specific item depicted can be purchased at the price or from the retailer shown at any given time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Stage's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any cost you incur purchasing or installing furniture, decor, or renovation work based on a design concept.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or chargeback abuse, or misused the free preview offer. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different law is required to apply by the consumer protection rules of your home jurisdiction.

We take reasonable care not to include identifying personal details in anything we publish - for example, your name, exact address, mail, or personal documents visible in a photo. If you'd prefer we not use your photos this way, let us know at hello@dreamstageai.com and we'll leave you out of anything we publish going forward.
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run Dream Stage. They only receive what they need to do their job, and they're not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics gives us usage analytics - which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked - and Microsoft Clarity gives us anonymized session replays of how visitors move through the page. We use this information to improve the service. It is not used for advertising, and nothing collected is sold. Browser-level blocking (such as an ad blocker or tracking protection) works with these tools, and the site functions fully without them.
Dream Stage is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.
Dream Stage is based in the United States, and the service providers listed above may store or process information in the United States or other countries. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.
